ELDERS ASSIST THE PASTOR in all matters pertaining to the spiritual needs of the congregation and oversee the front office personnel. They help encourage
Christ-like relationships (even if conflicts should arise—Matthew 18:15-20).
In addition, elders help integrate new members into the life and work of the church, administer the "Good Samaritan Fund", and organize church cook-outs and the Easter Sunrise Breakfast.
